Guaranteed Play/Earned Points/Less!!

This applies at GVR - most likely all Stations also.

Played the Guaranteed Play at GVR.
Chose (.25cent) Bonus Poker for $20.00
Received 120 plays.
Took me 18 mimutes.
Earned only 28 points.
Was over 100 minus credits at end of 120 plays.
Obviously, nothing to cash out.
Obviously, a bad session.(best hand was last hand, a full house).
Reward Center (slot club) said these poker machines do not give
points like the other vp machines (usually 1pt for $1played).
Was told by Reward Club personnel that if I had more winning hands I
would have had more points; but under no terms would I receive lower
than 20 points.
They said it is a very complicated formula - that determines ones
points.

It's not that complicated. If you are betting with your money you get
points. If you're in the negative, you don't earn points. You are only
guaranteed the points for your initial buy-in.
