Greektown, for their own marketing reasons, likes to keep some mystery in how they do things.?I've already went on about P club membership.?
They can market their program as they see fit.?This group doesn't like the lack of information on how the program works.? Harrahs was so bad that there is a yahoo group devoted just to figuring out how they do things.?I like the Sym's clothing approach.? An educated consumer is our best customer.?
By the way, I think the Greektown coupons in the calendar are tied to your account.?So, if you didn't get the calendar and happened to 'find' a double points coupon, you couldn't use it.?Also, for those of you who get the American Casino Guide, you can use the $5 bonus on earning 150 points once every 365 days. I used one in May of 2006 and then tried to use one in April 2007 and was told it was only 345 days since my last usage so I couldn't use it.
To me, it seems like they hawk the small stuff way too much.?
