GT buffet

A lot of restaurants have issues the first week or so. I'll give them another try in mid January and see how it shapes up.

The bad thing is that Gtown has 3 casino buffets in the area to use for ideas. If they did their scouting, they could what works and what doesn't work.

I hope Greektown gets it together on the buffet. Right now, there are many better dining options in the area.

Johnny:
I agree with your statement about start-up issues.
I do think they got their hot table from the same place that Caesars Windsor got theirs, "It's just too cool" for me.
Don't know why they closed Grapevine, could have improved it.
