I believe in letting the vpFREE "majority rule" in most instances, so
mostly for my benefit (for consistency purposes) I'm setting up a
computational ground rule.
Whenever a vpFREE Poll is used for decision making purposes, reversal of
the original decision will require the approval of 5% more than were required
for the original decision.
For Example, the full-moderation Poll required 50%+ approval of the voting
members, and received less. Now, 55%+ of the voting members must approve
full-moderation in order to reverse the original decision.
This ground rule will eliminate having to change a policy when a very small
number of voters change their mind(s).
