Greektown -- You have to be kidding

Now that story makes a lot of sense for a casino in a terrible market and
in terrible financial shape as well. Gee, let's p*ss off a couple of our
best customers over something as trivial as a few lousy slot club points.
Slotguy Steve would never have put with that kind of crap from his staff.

They could learn some lessons from the folks at that Meskwaki tribal casino
in Iowa about customer service.

Steve probably made a smart move getting out of that situation. He might have had to compromise, what integrity he had left, working there, like most of the staff do now.

Since, for the most part, Dolores and I only play Pick'Em (dollar and quarter) I think I'll be spending more time at MGM which has PE too(although I have some issues with them also).

It's strange, but I've been in so many casinos over the last twenty years or so, (from Michigan to Vegas) that I can almost sense, feel, and smell a bad atmosphere when I walk into them when they are looking at their customers as ignorant suckers and not as loyal, respected customers. Lately, I've been getting that feeling at GT.

I hope I'm wrong.

Your right Terry, when Fireside opens and a new Casino in Toledo, Ohio comes to about, THEY will hurt the tight wads here.
