OH MY GOSH! Slotguy! I'd just about given you up for dead. 
Those new VP machines would be very cool and a lot more comfortable for
extended playing sessions. Keep up posted on the paytable changes, as they've
been pretty nasty so far.

I have read all the feedback on the new machines we just installed. The
intent was to match the paytables of the games we replaced- I assumed
this was the case and did not check them personally before we turned
them on. I will investigate and we will make any adjustments needed to
make sure we have the same paytables that we used to. We are looking
into the button problem as well.
I have also passed along the feedback on our, uh, cashback offers and
discounts that don't work with comps- I think you all know where I
stand on this...
