GREEKTOWN self-parking is closing

Local news reports are stating that Greektown is closing that nice, big
self-parking structure at the end of April. Sold it. Apparently, they haven't
figured out any other arrangements as yet. The Valet there is already a crowded
mess at busier times of day, it ought to become a complete disaster almost
immediately.

Brian;
  That parking structure is where Greektown is to build their "Parking Structure" and "HOTEL". On top of each other, hotel on top. They will keep their Casino as is, to bad, they could use more peepy teepees in their building.
  If the Valet is busy, Drive past the Fishbones to the west and take a right and hard left into the parking garage, and don't forget to valadate your ticket.
  It will be a mess for a long while.
  Dion't know if any other garage is connected to the Casino.If yes "please" inform.

Yep that site is the location of the planned Greektown hotel and garage and will be connected to the casino by a walkway. I agree parking is going to ne painful.

   I'll be taking the buses until they get the place built. It costs
$15, but they give you $20 at the door. You get about five hour's
play, (plenty of time to lose all your money) and then it's back on
the bus for the trip back.

   Check the pick up points and schedules at the Greektown Web site.
Look into the "Plan your visit" box.
