I couldn't agree more. Plus I got mailings from all 3 Detroit casinos:
GREEKTOWN:
December's was $40 per week, just show up at the cage and get it.
January's was $50, one for first half of month, one for second. Same
redemption.
MGM:
$25 free play per week in December.
MOTOR CITY:
$10 free play, good one time only. Not even worth my time to show up.
Plus a free holiday gift of an unspecified nature, so it could be anything
from an inkpen to a Lexus.
Motor City's hit my shredder roughly 10 seconds after I opened it.
I do that with credit card offers and insults.

Ditto for me also, except I went back once to check out their
quarter Pick-A-Pair game, which was short pay too. I don't get their
marketing strategy, unless it's to drive out all the knowledgeable
video poker players. And if that's it, then they've succeeded.
Thanks Marian!"The criteria for playing in any casino should always be; "Am I
being offered fair games for my hard-earned money?" If not, then
stay the hell out of them."
