Greektown January 18-19 Free Play (????????)

I saw a sign near Club Greektown upstairs stating there would be $20
in free play on January 18-19, as well as a free T-shirt that looks
like the wearer actually has a tuxedo on instead.

The sign didn't say anything about invitation requirements, but at the
club, the clerk said you need to receive a postcard with an invite to
get the $20 in free play, and that the T-shirts are free to all while
supplies last.

So I'm not sure if the free play is invite-only or available to all.
Did anyone here receive a mailer with a special invite for this promotion?
