Greektown contest wager

VP Pappy,

Send Bob a check for $100. It was a good wager and Bob was better at
predicting the number of royals than we were. My check is going out
today. He didn't trick us or take advantage of us. He predicted the
results better than we did, that's all. We'll get him next time.

Don't think I saw ... what was the prize structure on the tournament?

Out of curiousity, for those who participated, what's your definition
of an "optimal" strategy for this tournament?

e.g. one offering the best chance of a #1 place finish ... or top 10
finish ... highest EV ... or what?
