I went to Greektown last night and about 1/3 of the VP machines in the
video poker room were brand new and not yet operating. These were all
the machines that were multi line and denomination ie the 5 line JoB
machines that quite a few of us played. Also the 50 -100 game bank of
4 $.05/.10 machines toward the rear of the room. All of the new
machines were initializing? therefore I could not see the pay scales.
About the only decent game on these machines was JoB so I don't see how
the pay scales could get much worse (the DDB was typically 8/5 or 7/5
which is about 97-98%.
I would think that they should be fired up by the weekend! Till then.
