I agree that the MGCB knew 6 months ago that casinos had the right to bar players. The only interesting point made was that MGCB said that the players did nothing wrong. Greektown invoked their right to bar players for any reason deemed necessary to the casino. Hopefully, this will make people not want to play at Greektown.
That clause in the law seems like an act of desperation by the casino. Yes, it's legal but not usually exercised. Check your bank note on your car. If you miss one payment, they can legally repossess your vehicle. I think the bad publicity would outweigh the benefit. Hopefully, the same thing will happen to Greektown.
