Now that Superbowl mania has left town, I'll be going back to
Greektown Casino to play some video poker now and then.
I played Saturday with Dolores and won again. Although I'm not
winning much each time, ($300 or less) I've got a four in-a-row win
streak going.
I got up a hundred playing dollar Pick'em, then played quarter
Pick'Em for four hours more hitting two quads along the way and went
up $200 more. Lost some back playing quarter Deuces wild (16/10/4/4)
and left $200 ahead for the day.
We couldn't get into the Alley Grill until 9:00, so we had dinner
at one of the Greek restaurants on the street. The food was so-so as
most Greek food is. There must be gourmet Greek food out there
somewhere, but, as of yet, I've not found it.
