I was playing 25c 10-7 Saturday night. I got lucky and hit AAAA and
was up about $220. I got up to quit to lock up the win when I bumped
into Lounge Lizard. I told him what happend and he said "Tom, you
can't quit now, you are giving up good EV, and you'll just be back
tomorrow, so what difference does it make?". He was right of course,
so I sat back down and played some more. Well, you can guess what
happend next. I get up another $20 and held steady for about 10
minutes when ka-boom! I am dealt four aces for $200. YES! I go to
another machine, when sha-zaam! I hit four aces again! I then go to
another machine when yowzer! I hit a straight flush. I soon cash out
$500 more in winning from 30 minutes of extra play. $500 more I would
not likely have had, had I not bumped into LL. Thanks LL. It's so
