This weekend, my wife had hit two royals (the last one dealt) and four
aces. She lost the earnings from the aces and came home exactly two royals
ahead. This was in a single session of approximately 2,000 games. Could
some of you really lucky members share some of your single session records?

session records?

During one particularly lucky stretch, I had 2 royals in 1,600 hands
(1 session) , 3 royals in 9,200 hands (4 sessions) and 4 royals in
17,000 hands (8 sessions). Last 125,000 hands (127 sessions) -- 0
royals. Frustrating game, isn't it?

This wasn't me, but a coworker got 3 nickel royals on her lunch hour
at the Rampart casino about a week ago.

My best one was on Oct 25th at Majestic Star Riverboat. Was playing
about 1-1 ½ hrs and was dealt the royal on a 10 play nickel machine. My
first W-2. Not sure about the hands though. My husband says I’m slow,
only about 500 hands per hour on the 10 play machine.

In 1997 at the Golden Nugget, I was dealt a Royal on a
dollar 4 play machine, $16,000 It was the machine that
has the western theme with the River Boat hands
dealing the cards. Have not seen one of those machines
in quite some time. Terry --------------------------

I play in AC and last year I decided to quit play at the AC Hilton due
to a couple of reneged comp offers and other mediocre treatment.
However, I returned for a single session in March this year when they
had a promotion that would double any handpaid jackpot up to $500. I
chose a $1 DB double jackpot machine that would handpay 400 coins or
more for my play, even though I very rarely played at that level and
never that volatile game before.

I stuck $100 in the machine and after just 5 minutes I hit a $8K RF on
a 2 card hold! They paid off $8500. I finished out the credits over
the next hour, however I discovered the attendent didn't reinsert my
card properly so it looks to them like I bolted immediately after the
payout!
