On several occasions I have seen this requirement not meet in Las Vegas
casinos. It is usually on the older model IGT slant tops where the
paytable for one coin is on the glass just above the monitor. I think
the glass gets broke and they don't have or they don't bother to get a
replacement (if they are still being made).
