They changed the multistrike so that it only pays
$1250 for a Royal rather than $4000. Also changed
the flush to pay 5 instead of 6.

I'm not Dave, but I believe he wrote in the message you're replying to copied below, that he hasn't been back to Laughlin since Harrah's Laughlin downgraded the 9/6 JoB MultiStrike.
