I will be staying at The Venetian for the first time the end of September for a few nights and have never enrolled with their points card. I was wondering if it would more advantageous for me to apply for the Grazie Club card online prior to staying there or should I wait and apply in person.

I would wait\. If you have a Harrahs Diamond or Seven Stars\. You will get the equivalent at the Venetian for a three month period\. You should get some free play plus the benefits of the card\.
