Driving by the Grand Sierra Resort on 395 and noticed the big flashing sign they have near the freeway advertising 100% payback machines. Has anyone been there recently to verify? Last I visited there was nothing playable at Grand Sierra Resort. It could be the sign might be referring to slots rather than VP.

it's referring to 9/6 jacks with 0.5% cashback. lots of machines with
jacks have the "over 100% payback" signs above them.
99.54% + 0.5% = 100.04% > 100%... just barely. they also have no
bounce to speak of. good for running up comps, but not much more.

The have banners on top of banks of machines that explain 100% when
including cash back (might have said cash back and comps). These
machines have 9/6 jacks.

I find this claim by the GSR to be disingenuous. Since comps are not
guaranteed to be paid, a machine's payback is that derived from the
game only. So the payback for this game is only a guaranteed 99.54%.
