If your tickets are from the post card mailer, the standard procedure requires you to personally pick up the tickets from Casino Marketing on the day of the show. If you won't be in town, you won't be able to give them away. Unless, you have a special arrangement with VIP services that allows someone else to pick up your tickets for "you".
