Good ways to use up points?

Yesterday's mail brought a new TAX OFFER from Grand Biloxi and Harrah's New
Orleans--good on April 15.

"Visit the Total Rewards Center at Grand Biloxi or Winner's cove at Harrah's
New Orleans on Tax Day-Wednesday, April 15, 2009 to redeem your Reward
Credits for cash!

Redeem 1,000 Base Reward Credits and receive either:

$10 in Free Slot Play or
$5 in cash

You can redeem up to 250,000 Base Reward Credits."

This offer came a tad too late for me. We were in New Orleans this past
weekend and elected to trade in points for the $1000 Macy's Card b/c I was
afraid that the new Reward catalogues due out on April 1 would have even fewer
choices. We're going back April 17 and I could have easily gone earlier on the
15th but what is done is done. Hope someone else benefits.

I am saying bad words under my breath - you can only do this IF you get the invitation in the mail. I called my host who said it wasn't in our offers - it was for "low-level" players.
