Speaking of Prime Rib!! 
Why is it you can hardly ever get a real, true end cut even if you tell them you'd prefer to order something else if they don't have any more to serve? They usually slice off a hunk of meat and shove it in the microwave and call that an end cut. I love the end cut because it's like a little roast and I don't even mind if it's a bit tough, just so it isn't bloody..
