Before anyone decides on best Sushi in Vegas you must try Sushi-Mon at Maryland and Silverado ranch. It was easily the best Sushi I have had since leaving the east coast. All you can eat for $18.95 lunch and $23.95 dinner with huge non sushi options. It is becoming a Vegas secret among locals.
