Chief Operating Officer of both joints.

I could not get your link to work, but I did read that article. It also
went on to say that Frank Toddre will run the GN Laughlin. He formerly
worked as chief of operations at the casino, so he has links to
Laughlin.
You need to expand your sources of information from just bartenders.
Barbers, Hairdressers, and cab drivers are good at spreading rumors.
Once in awhile they actually get the information right.
