the GN eliminating the 2x points for locals on Wednesday and Friday:
I went to the Golden Nugget yesterday and confirmed with the slot
club booth that the 2x points for locals on Wed & Fri has been
discontinued for video poker at $1 denominations and higher. The
implication was that 2x points for slots was still in effect, but I
didn't ask.
Other than some $.25 progressives, which at times are positive, the
only ongoing positive play, with single points, that I am aware of is
the $.05 10 play with 10/7 DB.
