I don't understand the reference to the Horseshoe in this regard. They had
some drawings for cash, cars and stuff but no high value tournaments. Their 25
cent 3 play 10/7 DB was their best play to accumulate drawings tickets, no $1
plays available and no cashback. After the 3 play 25 cent schedule
reduction they put in the best single line 25 cent plays downtown.
