6a. Golden Nugget (LV) screws it customers big time

cancelled all banked comps and has gone to a system where earned comps
are good only for the current trip. Comps no longer carry forward. All
comp balances on players cards have been wiped out. No advance notice,
no nothing.From a financial standpoint, I guess its an easy way to erase a
liability from the balance sheet.
Last time I was in Vegas, I had $200 free play with GN and went in, found the only playable machine to be $5, played off my free play, and left. Felt just a touch guilty not giving them any extra action in exchange for the free play - but not any more!
In fact, if I ever get another such offer (not likely, I suppose), I'll feel highly motivated to handle it the same way next time!
