I noticed something that seemed a little odd this weekend at GN-LV (other than the celebration when the sale was announced). I met a member of this board at the dollar side of the bar next to the slot club. He wanted to play DB, but when we looked at the pay tables for DB & DDB, both were the same (8/5/4) with the exception of the kicker bonuses in DDB. Yet they had full-pay BP at 8/5 as well as 8/5 ACES BP. I thought that a bit strange. He ended up playing ACES BP. When he finished after 2.5 hours, we noticed they still had a healthy cash back as well as comp program. When I walked the main floor I also saw their $2 DB games had the same very poor 8/5/4 DB tables. Of course I love the special BP game with that table, but I'd never play their DB. Is this something new there?
