Gold Coast

Computers are down. They are not honoring Point Challenge promotion at this time.

I was there today also. I went ahead and played because the slot attendant told me the computers were just slow and would be caught up in 15-20 minutes. After forty minutes nothing had changed.

The slot club people handled this situation very poorly. Instead of saying there's nothing they could do, they could have let us go ahead and draw the free play card out of the box then put the free play on our cards later when the system was back up. According to their rules, the free play doesn't have to be played off for 30 days.

All these Boyd computer outages are giving me acid reflux!

Yes they handled it very poorly. If you complained enough they put your name on a list so you can return tomorrow when they can verify the points. They just kept telling people to stay and stay and stay.

Went back 6 hours later. Was finally able to print ticket from kiosk. Lucked out and got $100 free play. Now free play not transferring from slot club to machine. Guess that will take 6 more hours!
