Gold Coast

This really sucks.

We've spent the better part of the past 6-12 months trying to get
established at the Gold Coast.
It's a relatively easy room comp and great location i.e. Palms etc.
Now this crap !!!

Next time we're out there, you bet we'll get our cash back and drop a
comment card in.

Do you think it helps at all to speak to the hosts too??? We've gotten a
good relationship with Nicole.

Looks like all the ticket paying machines that had FP DW in Gold Coast are
now downgraded. Only machines left were old coin droppers. When I was
there
yesterday the coin dropper banks were full, the other downgraded banks were
empty.

Someone posted the exact location of all the FP banks that were left - maybe
that wasn't a good idea?? Why point these out to the casinos who may have
missed a bank?

Meanwhile - continue to complain and not play. My letter to Las Vegas
Review
Journal has not appeared. Nor have I gotten a reply from Coasts. I also
dropped a comment card in at the slot club desk and withdrew all my cashback
from Orleans and GC and told slot personnel why.

Since I play all sorts of machines including some reels, non-FP machines,
etc., FP DW is only part of what I play. As I wrote in my letter to
Orleans,
my husband plays far less than I do, but prefers FP DW. Now that it isn't
available, we will be playing at other casinos that still have it instead.
So Orleans will miss all my play on reels, 9/7 DB, blackjack, and other
machines, as well as my business in restaurants, movies, shows, etc. I lost
$12,000 at Orleans last year according to their win/loss form. Also I will
no longer be recommending Coast casinos to others.

We have over 1000 people on this list - 1000 comment cards handed in at the
Coast slot club would probably be an eye-opener for them!

This is a good reason for non-locals to develop relationships with a
diverse group of casinos. Different properties, different chains.
We too had played hard at GC and SC, and now they do not offer us
what we want. We needed to have options lined up with good play
history to rearrange the trips we plan months in advance. If Coast
does not want our play fine, we had some problems with GC room
quality and SC host treatment anyhow. There are a couple of other
places happy to have us bring our play to them.

Sure let her know, but I think her authority is limited.

What's a good south strip alternative for the GC level of player.
We regularly get rooms comped at MSS but we also like to have a property on
the other end of vegas.

What places (i.e. Terribles maybe) would comp rooms for players doing about
5K coin-in per day?

thanks

Excellent question, we can take our play somewhere else, but what are
our alternatives?
