it seems the gold coast has 6 mailer levels now...
the top mailer is still 60k...next is 42k...the numbers get a little
fuzzy after that but here are some estimates...30-something-k....about
15k...about 7k...under 1k...hopefully someone can give more exact
numbers in the future...
