There is a now a host desk in front of the Gold Coast video poker tournament area beside TGIFriday's. The sign says it is for host services for Sapphire and Ruby card holders.
The host Cynthia Thompson has been at that desk when I've walked by a few afternoons. The Emerald and above host room is still there by the gift shop.
