Man, the puns on this board are something else.
Never the less, my observation of what Fertitta (Landry's President
and CEO) does with a restaurant property is purchase a very good
chain, convert it to mediocrity, advertise and promote extensively,
and make good money with it.
I would not expect this to be good for the player at the GN.
Hopefully, I am wrong. One good thing that might happen however, is
they might very well pump up downtown.
