No, I do not know. But I would like to know too! GN-L was my home base for several years. It went MGM/Mirage >Tim & Tom > to the current Landry's ownership.
The slot card still is the strongest on the river. GN-L still has a few playable coin-clunkers. They run fine tourneys. The promos are still worth the effort. One problem is the limited (300) number of rooms, what happened to that new planned tower?
I won't hi-jack your thread, but I feel a bit nostalgic. Maybe it is time for an ancient history lesson thread? Golden Nugget-L certainly has a interesting history, at least to me.

Hi. I don't know the exact amount but it can't be much. I go to Laughlin once a year and probably play quarters in the GN no more than two hours during that trip. I constantly get a flyer telling me I have have two free nights (Sunday to Thursday) and a token $25 in free play charged to my card each month. If you're not getting the mailers I would recommend that you at least put your PIN number into one of the machines and see if they have loaded it with any free credits.

Thanks 3stooge for jumping in. That is a good idea to always check the free-play account on any slot card. I stumbled upon some free-play at the Pioneer.
The first question is what quarter VP are you playing in GN-L? Is it the best ER (100.3%) Sigma Double Double Jackpot coin-clunkers that at best you can get in is 400 hands/hour? Maybe it is the shiny IGT MG/MD TITO's with paytables like Bonus 7/5? Does "Theo" rule at GN-L?
At two hours of play and at a 800 hands/hour rate means $2k coin-in. Your mailer is pretty strong IMO. Getting $25 for $2k of action is a 1.25% kickback. The slot card is worth .5%+ and a couple weekday nights $50+, if you can use them.
GN-L did have the best standard-issue room on the river, if you can get booked. I am usually a short notice trip guy, like 24 hours in advance.
