Thanks for the response. When I posted my question I was overcome by the
stench of my cat litter box, five cats use it so I have to clarify a few things.
My relatives are non gamblers, quite well off but they just come her to see
me and a few shows. It should serve well for the Bellagio to know it's their
choice as the best hotel in Vegas. They stayed once at the Venetian [a few
months after the power blackout at Bellagio, lol] but hated it. Why? Prolly no
Bellagio buffet to go to.
We've seen "O", Seifreid & Roy [I saw the elephant blast up the elephant
elevator], Celine [with our ears closed] and The Red Piano [with our eyes
closed]. This time we'll see Lance Burton and the Beatles show.
They won't feel like walking the Strip so other properties are out of the
question. I guess we'll just have to hunker down on Bonus 7/5 or ugly ducks
for quarters. I'll cringe every hand but they won't know the difference or even
care, lol. On a previous trip we were all playing ugly ducks and I held 2 to
a Royal and hit.
I posted this before but maybe on vpmail, my sister, in her very first few
minutes of playing video poker [the old FPDW uprights at Barbary] was befuddled
when the machine swallowed her $20. I had to prompt her to hit "MAX PLAY" to
get a hand going. On her third hand or so she was dealt 222 and I made sure
she didn't touch draw until she understood the importance of the hand. She
tried to hold all five cards until I corrected the situation. You guessed it,
the fourth duck appeared and a message "CALL ATTENDANT" She asked if she
broke the machine because of the message. A day later at Ellis she hit the ducks
again. Two sets of ducks in a total of one hrs play.
