In this climate of deteriorating gaming, reduced VP paytables & 6:5
Blackjack, a casino has reversed a move. The patrons "can get what
they want".
Last Spring the Pioneer put in an Acres slot card system. Until
then, they supported rows of old clunkers of 9/6 JB. These old games
could not be integrated and were ripped out, replaced by shiny Game
Kings that actually had 9/6 JB as an option.
The seniors did not take kindly. Recently the Pioneer reinstalled 15
old IGT Fortune I, hold no credits .25 9/6 JB, drop the coins in the
tray on every hand, make noise, in the riverview bar. No slot card
readers allowed!
You gotta love that sound...just like a row of early 1970's Gottlieb
pinball machines...sweet music heard once again!
