Gift Cards

Someone mailed me privately about this option:

<<There is a website called cash4giftcards.com
that will pay you 75% of face value for most gift cards. I've dealt
with them many times with cards as large as $5000.00 and have had no
problems at all. The whole process takes about 5 weeks.>>

Not Macy's. Those are frequently sold at a discount. On eBay, I've
seen most luxe brands sold at 80%. Guess where some of those cards
came from, especially the Tiffany's ones?
