I have seen this happen with elctronics with a combination of store and manufacturer's rebates, but not with video poker. The combination of winnings and rebates may exceed my wagers, but I cannot imagine getting back more than my aggregate wagers.

Anyway, there is no theoretical limit on the amount of rebates.
