GETTING LUCKY

Mickey, I think all of us old-timers have always known you are the best.
Whenever you start writing that book, keep me in mind for editing.
“Sam"

Sam, I have a lot of things written that are in thumb drive. But I've been a slouch these last few years. I'm either getting drunk in a bar or I'm out working it. There doesn't seem to be enough time to write about it.

I need to find a way to convey this old freight tramp's story. I fear that I will die before I can tell the story about how a homeless drifter rose up to become one of the best machine pros in the world.

All of that is on me. I'm really crying and snivrlling about it. How to turn nothing into something is a story the whole world should know.
I really need to hole up someplace and write the story.

hello there Mickeycrimm For years i attended a convention in a particular business. There was always
one operator who would volunteer to help run round tables and other discussion
groups. He helped design questions for groups etc. As we know at conventions
business folks come with ideas from all over country and share ideas. As years passed,
this guy got out of the biz. For last few years now he offers a sales course for nice $$.
Using the ideas that he was diligent enough to record from the conventions, he's
making nice $$.

I think about these things and I say, why the heck wasn't I better organized? If I had it to
do all over, though, I'd probably do the same darn thing.

Cheers....Jeep.
