Gas Comps, Wild Wild West Comps?

Where can I earn gas comps (and point/dollar exchange rate)? I know Terrible's has them, and Station Casinos has them at the rate of 1000 pts/$1. Which other casinos and at what ratio of exchange?
Also am wondering if Wild Wild West points are good at any Station Casinos, since they are owned by Station Casinos? Any information appreciated. Thanks

Fiesta Henderson has points for gas, I think it is 1000 points per dollar of gas.
