Just found out about it myself. Think it might be Santa Fe Station only for Rebel gas stations.

As you probably know, the Fiesta's have had this program for a while.
So, I would be surprised if Stations didn't have it.
After all, you can redeem your Station points at a Fiesta for the gas
voucher.
It's good at Rebel.
One per week.
1,000 points/$1
Max $25.
This is a no-brainer for you folks with more points than you know
what to do with.

I don't know. That Rebel gas seems really rough on the cars. I've tried
it a few times and it makes both of our cars run too rough. I don't even
go for the free vouchers at Fiesta anymore.
