Since it was Harrah's after all, do you suppose all this information
told them to invent Bevertainers?? It certainly didn't convince them
to loosen the slots a bit and put better paytables on their VP
games...

Months ago I read an interview with a Harrah's executive. The executive said
that Harrah's new customer database showed that customers would rather play
games with a little less return and get a bonus check in the mail.
