I forgot to note the new owners mentioned in the article, "easily" add
2000 more rooms. It's bordering on standup comedy, the visual of a hotel
jumping over a bus station and guests being asked if they would mind
having a view of the new detention center.
I'm wondering where 2000 rooms could be added to the Plaza. Would
they
move the train tracks west a few hundred feet?
Other things about this article remind me of the Bob Snow deal at
Main
Street Station.

They could build it where the parking is to the left of the plaza (if
you are facing it). I just don't see the demand for 2k more rooms.
They will have to do some clean up/update of the inside of the
casino. As long as they don't change the VP I'll be happy. -Russ
