Gambling in St. Joseph

Hello, I will be visting St. Joseph, Mo. soon and was wondering if
anyone has any knowledge about the v.p. at the Frontier (I think is
the name of the casino). And didn't it used to be called something
else. I did a search and I did not see it listed.
I appreciate any feedback. Thanks. djiamtoo

Anyone considering a trip to Harrah's KC in the near future may want
to hold off for a week or so. They have the place tore up again --
what else is new? This time it is to replace all the carpet. Seems
like they can not go two or three months at a time with some major
disruption. Anyway the VP area is a mess. The 6 upright full pay
machines are missing and only 6 slant top Pick'Em machines are left
(one of them was dark). The single dollar machines in the high limit
area has been dark for the past two weeks. I will be suprised if the
6 uprights make it back to the floor at all.

I answered this post some time ago but looks like it didn't make it to
the list. Probably too late by now but:

The casino in St Joe is now Terrible's -- it used to be Frontier. Our
last visit a year or so ago didn't turn up any full pay VP. Would be
interested in what you find out.

The carpet project has finished in the VP area and all the full pay
machines are back in place. Other areas of the casino, second floor
slot area, are still torn up but should be finished by the end of the
week.
