Casino Website Survey
Playback, an e-report written by players and read by casino management,
is interested in your use of casino websites.
Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey. If you have more to
add, that would be great.
1. Before you visit a casino for the first time, do you visit its
website to learn more about the casino? What do you look for?
2. What features of a casino website do you find especially helpful?
3. Have you used the website to do any of the following?
a. sign up for a players card
b. make room reservations
c. make reservations for
1. a spa visit
2. entertainment tickets
3. golf tee time
4. entry into a tournament
4. If the website has a menu for its dining options, do you find
this useful?
5. Which casinos have useful websites?
6. Has a casino's website ever made you visit that casino? If so,

How do you feel about getting e-mail offers on your computer? Do you
use those offers more or less than ones that come in the mail?
