This is true and I agree that there's nothing worse than
a reformed anything. However, whenever these debates start
I'm reminded of my uncle Frank. A sweet railroad engineer
who always gave me a silver dollar when he saw me. He also
chewed plug. It looked like liqorice and was about 2X3".
Frank's long dead, no one chews plug anymore, spitoons are
antiques and people wonder why there are laws against spitting
on the side-walk.

As more and more of the world becomes non-smoking, casinos
are anomalies. There's no public place in my State where
you can smoke. No place. When my 8 year old son is middle
aged he'll talk about smokers the way I remember uncle Frank.
As a non-smoker, I'm likely to be alive to have that
conversation with him.

For the record, I'm not judging you here just telling you
the truth as I see it. The odds are you'll die sooner
than you would have if you were a non-smoker. Don't
beleive me? Look at life insurance tables that is statistical
fact, not an opinion. Non-smokers exposed to your smoke
will die sooner too. That's science speaking too not just my opinion. So hopefully you'll have a
little sympathy for the non-smokers of the world. You're doing a little more than creating a minor
annoyance for them.

Society is going to become less tolerant of smoking
and it will continue to be taxed at higher and higher levels.
Eventually it will become so socially unacceptable it will be
like plug. Smokers are a dieing breed. So instead of railing
at the non-smokers, why not quit. You'll save a pile of dough
($6X365) = $2190 in year 1 and you'll live a longer healthier
life. So will those around you.

No don't thank me. Your improved health and quality
of life, and that of those around you is thanks enough.
