Peppermill:
The problem with attempting to do a database update of any sort for the Peppermill is that it's hard to look at any machine at all that offers video poker and not find something worthy of mention. The other issue is that there are constantly small changes to the inventory.
NSUD is available in every denomination from $.05 to $5 pretty much throughout the casino, single line and 3/5/10 line, and on progressives at various levels. It may even be available on denominations higher than $5, I haven't checked those lately. It's available on spin poker, and may still be available on 5 line multi-strike. It's available at high max coin coin numbers on some machines (25 or more coins).
Aside from NSUD, there are hundreds of progressives in the casino (oK, maybe not hundreds, but I would not be surprised if there were over 100 separate meters), at denomations from $.05 to $5 (I think the higher progressives may be gone).
It would take someone dedicated a long time to note everything in the casino, and by the time they were through they would have to start over to note the things that had already changed.
Report what you find interesting about the place and you can help the database, but don't be surprised if the Peppermill listings are incomplete or inaccurate.
Grand Sierra Resort:
As for the GSR, yes there are VP machines that you can play your free play on. You have to hunt for them, though.
Harrah's/Harvey's Tahoe:
As for Harrah's, outside of AC I've never played at a Harrah's property that has cash back. Some places I've played used to, but AFAIK most of the Harrah's properties do not at this time. You do get bounce back mailers from most of the Harrah's casinos, though.
