A few updates and/or comments from a trip to Tahoe/Reno last
week.

Grand Sierra Resort and Casino
The data base listing for "Cashback (Freeplay): 100 Points = $1
(0.50%)" is technically accurate; however, the machines on which
free play can be redeemed are not the machines most would want to
play. You have to use the free play on machines that have this
big green $ sticker on them. I found no video poker machines
that would accept the free play. Only slots. I opted to take my
cash in comps for dinner.

Harrah's lake Tahoe
Comps only for RC balance. There is no cash back nor free play
option at this Harrah's location. This was the first time I've
been in a Harrah's that did not at least offer some form of free
play. I don't spend a whole lot of time playing at Harrah's so
maybe this practice is more common. In any event the data base
implies you get comps AND cash back which isn't the case at this
store.

Lake Tahoe Horizon
Requires $3 coin in for 1 point, effectively reducing the cash
back to 0.167%. No NSUD to be found on the aisle to the movie
theatre. They appear to be rearranging their inventory in this
area. I found a single Game King slant top machine with NSUD
right by the front entrance.

Montbleu
Same reduction in cash back as the Horizon across the street. It
now takes $3 for 1 point reducing cash back to 0.167% Both
Montbleu and Horizon were offering $15 in free play for new card
members who earned 25 points ($75 coin in). At lest this was a
good play.

Peppermill
There is at least 1 NSUD triple play 10 coin $1 machine (pays
full amount for Royals on 5-10 coins) in the high limit area. I
didn't scout the area too thoroughly, but I found no mention of
this machine in the data base. There may be more. There is also
$1 NSUD single line slant tops in the Dino slots area against the
wall. Not sure how many, but again I found no reference to these
(or any $1 level NSUD for that matter) in the data base.
