It is my understanding that all the gambling machines in the
commonwealth of Pennsylvania are run out of Harrisburg,Pa with a set
return to the player. This may include all video poker machines no
matter what pay schedule they shown on the machines.
In New York state there are many video poker machines marked J/B 9/6
with only a payback at the rate of the state not what is shown on the
machines. The folks at the casino indicate emphaticly that these are
nevada machines but I can assure you that the payback is at the state
set rate and well below the return of the regular J/B 9/6.
You might check to determine if Pennsylvania is similar to New York.
