I just visited Topaz Nugget. The main thing to notice for the
database is that there is no $1 pickem in the casino. There is
still $1 9/6/4000 JoB. Also note that their website is incorrect
as to when they have 3x points days. Right now they are
tues/wed/thu during certain times instead of Mondays. It hasn't
been Mondays for some time. I'd call and verify any information
that is on the website. The gas is more then 10% more expensive
then that available in Minden/Gardnerville less then 45 minutes
away so the gas discount is not all that valuable. They do
occasionally run poker games in their BJ pit and have some fairly
liberal 21 rules.

The Topaz Nugget has been closed for about 10 years. I think the report
is for the Topaz Lodge. Sorry to hear the demise of the pick'em. They
have been a play for many years. Also, the website is way out of date
as mentioned. They are still advertising last years NFL promotion.
